We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function. The role involves partnering with UK leaders, leading on employee relations, and localising global people initiatives.
Requirements
- 6-10 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience handling employee relations independently
- Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
