Account Director

As an Account Director, you'll lead a dedicated team and oversee onsite custodial services at a key client location, delivering exceptional service, managing budgets, ensuring safety, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience and directing a team in facility services or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications
• Ability to effectively use hand-held computer technology
• Proven experience in recruiting, training, retaining and managing employee performance, including progressive discipline
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels
• Ability to maintain excellent relations with People – employees, client and customers
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental management systems
• A clear criminal record check is required for this role
