Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Global CRES Portfolio and Workplace to support the Global Head of CRES in delivering the CRES Strategic Ambition. The role will be responsible for leading Workplace Experience and Portfolio Optimisation, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and resilience across the CRES Team and our outsourced partners.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in global CRES functions
- Proven experience in the strategic management of outsourced CRES services
- Successful experience of global CRES change projects
- Experience of Transactions and Portfolio Optimisation strategies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to align key collaborators with potentially conflicting priorities
