Job Description
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent to architect and scale the company's next phase of growth by securing world-class engineering and specialized technical expertise. The ideal candidate will own the entire talent acquisition and retention lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering and operations leaders to define the talent vision for the company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting with at least 4 years in managing and mentoring a team
- Proven track record in hiring complex technical roles in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to shape recruiting strategies, instilling a proactive talent culture
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead by influence
- Deep understanding of talent operations, including leveraging recruiting tools and analysis to drive data-informed decision-making
