Global IT Support Manager

Diaverum is seeking a Global IT Support Manager to lead their IT support team and build a high-performing support organization. The role will involve leading a team of 7 IT technicians, owning and improving global support processes, and driving the adoption of AI and automation.

Requirements

• Several years' experience in IT support/service desk operations
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management
• Strong technical understanding of end-user computing and IT operations
• Working knowledge of ITIL ways of working
• Excellent English language skills
