Job Description
As a Sous Chef, support the Restaurant Leader to drive culinary and hospitality excellence in a scratch-based kitchen. Lead and train staff, manage prep lists, and maintain food safety standards.
Requirements
- 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to perform physical requirements of the position
