The Sous Chef will support the Restaurant Leaders to drive culinary and hospitality excellence in the scratch-based kitchen. They will work to master every station, train teammates, and manage prep lists. The Sous Chef will also participate in team building, operate the expeditor/computer station, and troubleshoot guest concerns.
