The Sous Chef will support the Restaurant Leaders to drive culinary and hospitality excellence in the scratch-based kitchen. The role involves guiding Chefs-In-Training, executing recipes and processes, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment
• Food Safety Certification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
