Job Description
The Sous Chef supports the Restaurant Leader to drive culinary and hospitality excellence in the scratch-based kitchen. The role involves supporting Chef's-in-Training, training fellow teammates, managing prep lists, and running successful restaurant shift management.
Requirements
- 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to perform physical requirements of the position
