Account Director

Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for Digital Realty by developing new enterprise customer relationships while expanding and protecting revenue within an existing account portfolio. This role combines new business acquisition with strategic account management, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to deliver high customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience preferred, ideally within cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure solutions
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships
• Strong forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and presentation tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
