DigitalOcean is seeking a Strategic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive impactful relationships with enterprise customers and build AI/ML solutions. The role involves technical consultation, executive-level presentations, and driving technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, relationship-focused, and tech-savvy professional passionate about scaling cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years supporting enterprise or strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture for AI/ML
- Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong hands-on skills with Linux, networking, containers, and automation
- Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NVIDIA
- Executive presence and communication skills
