Job Description
We're looking for a Fraud Executive to join our 24/7 operation team. As a Fraud Executive, you'll analyse and monitor high volumes of transactions in real-time to identify and prevent fraudulent activities. You'll develop performance trends and insights from large datasets to impact strategy and work closely with the wider Fraud team.
Requirements
- Analyse and monitor high volumes of transactions in real time to identify and prevent fraudulent activities at all levels
- Develop performance trends to impact strategy by working closely with the wider Fraud team
- Analyse and develop insights from large datasets of customer behaviour and transaction history
- Respond to internal alerts and communication
- Be up to date on current fraud and action quickly to prevent fraudulent activity occurring
- Develop a strong technical understanding of the best practices in the prevention of fraudulent activity
- Work effectively with the other members of the fraud team to deliver results
