Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level attorney (5–10 years) with capital markets experience to join a leading Corporate Practice, advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including securities offerings and public company reporting.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 5–10 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on capital markets transactions.
- Admission to the Florida Bar required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience advising clients on securities offerings, SEC reporting, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work directly with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
