The Account Manager manages assigned clients, working with sales and support teams to implement new or renewing accounts. Ensures high service levels and maintains ongoing client relationships with key employees.
Coordinate and conduct implementation for new and renewing clients, market, analyze, and negotiate benefits and rates for all coverages, and deliver high levels of service to all clients.
Requires strong knowledge of group benefits, problem resolution, and negotiation skills, must be personable, professional, and able to travel for client meetings.
