Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team and support the Registered Manager in the daily operation of the home.
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) essential.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting.
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar Deputy Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
