Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Sr. Generalist / Business Partner, P&C is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department, including administration of policies, procedures, and programs, and management of labour relations issues. The role involves developing HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
