Job Description
DMG is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to form the backbone of their engineering team. This role involves participating in all phases of the software development process, from architecture to deployments, and focusing on excellent engineering culture and process. Staff Engineers lead through example and are visible to the entire organization, setting standards and improving engineering culture and process. They are passionate about customer facing and seek out solutions.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science or engineering
- 15+ years of experience developing enterprise b2b systems and mission critical applications
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, micro-services, observability, distributed systems, streaming, networking, testing and test automation, RPC (gRPC preferred)
- Mastery of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent in .Net and JVM languages
- Working knowledge of GenAI and how to leverage related technologies into product development workstreams
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet in-person requirements
