Job Description
DMG is seeking a Staff Engineer to form the backbone of their engineering team. This role involves participating in all stages of the software development process, from architecture to deployments, leading the way with trust, respect and the desire to build for the customer. Requirements
- Create, implement, and maintain the reference architecture.
- Define the design engineering standards of the enterprise.
- Code approximately 50% of the time, tackling complex problems.
- Fight technical debt and ensure systems are addressable.
- Support the development & implementation of technical strategy.
- Influence organization, coach others, and help with hiring.
- Manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
