DOCOsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.
Requirements
- Partner with people managers to understand business objectives and develop employee strategies
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development and workforce planning
- Advise and support managers in handling employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution
