Requirements
- Identifying and implementing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Key Account Sales Team
- Analyzing business and KPI data to derive concrete recommendations for action
- Encouraging product usage and preventing churn risks
- Contributing to the development of the Key Account Success Organization: Building processes, standards, and team structures
