Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in technical support
- Comprehensive experience in team management
- Experience in change management, IT system handling, and operational / security risks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Customer-oriented thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work across departments
