Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Technical Services Associate (x/f/m) to join the Customer Care Team and support existing customers. This role involves onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers, and providing technical and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will contribute to the digitalization of healthcare through problem-solving and effective communication.
Requirements
- Expand professional experience in a SLA-supported IT support
- Understanding of application architectures and interfaces
- Ability to interpret JavaScript, Ruby and other programming languages
- Experience with SQL and E/R databases
- Strong solution orientation and customer-focused work style
- Excellent communication skills (English and German)
- Relevant degree or training in software engineering, computer science or similar
