Job Description
The Docusign Renewals Specialist is responsible for owning and completing a high-volume portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, with a focus on maximizing contract value while protecting and improving customer trust. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, Account Management - International. The ideal candidate has a full understanding of the SaaS contracting space and is able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Requirements
- Own and implement win/win negotiation strategies for a high quantity of renewals
- Improve account growth by playing a role on the account team
- Maintain and update a rolling forecast of your territory
- Collaborate with internal resources such as Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations and Product Management
- Achieve financial and strategic revenue, bookings and billings targets
