Job Description
Planetary is building the future of food through large-scale fermentation. The Application Scientist will work closely with the sales & R&D team to develop mycelium-based meat and dairy alternative protein business.
Requirements
- Develop and sample concepts in meat style and dairy style products
- Build experience in emerging categories such as hybrid meat products
- Provide guidance and advise to the fermentation team on effects of changes to the fermentation process
- Manage company facilities and infrastructure
- Present raw material and food products to prospective clients
