Job Description
The National Food Lab is seeking a Food Scientist to work on all phases of the food product development cycle, from conception through plant scale-up. The ideal candidate will have a PhD degree from an IFT accredited food science program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- PhD degree from an IFT accredited food science program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years practical experience in product or process development (for non-PhD candidates)
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10% of time) for overnight, weekend, interstate, or international trips
