Job Description
As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. This role is based remotely anywhere in the United States in EST or CST Time Zones. You will handle commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers and vendors, and advise DoiT on a variety of complex legal matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 8-12 years substantive experience in providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
- Highly skilled and previous experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, SaaS and channel partner program experience required.
