Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of our Global People Strategy team, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting to build and manage global pipelines for technical roles across EMEA and APAC.
Requirements
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Foster a âreferral cultureâ to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects our DoiTâs values.
- Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiTâs employer brand as an exceptional workplace.
