Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at our premier resort in Broome, WA. As a resort manager, your job will include managing all aspects of a resort, including lodging, food and beverage management, human resources, housekeeping, attractions, and guest services.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Resort or Hotel management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing expenses to achieve financial goals
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and a commitment to environmentally responsible operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
