Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in à la carte restaurants in 5* hotels
- Ability to manage kitchen personnel – service
- Knowledge and observance of hygiene and safety procedures
- Knowledge of Greek and at least English language
