Domes Resorts is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team of Makris Restaurant at Corfu. The ideal candidate will have experience in à la carte restaurants or 5* hotels and knowledge of Greek and English cuisine.

Requirements

• Graduate from a culinary school
• At least 2 years' experience in à la carte restaurants or 5* hotels
• Ability to manage kitchen staff - waiters
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Knowledge of Greek and at least English
