Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with payroll administration and compensation & benefits management.
- Solid understanding of Greek labor law and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
