We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the Human Resources department in Chillicothe, MO. The ideal candidate will be able to lead, manage, facilitate, connect, and build relationships with our plant personnel and the surrounding community. This is an ideal role for someone looking to make an impact, lead change, and get involved with all aspects of Human Resources.
Responsible for developing and implementing employee relations practices and strategies, including employee engagement, labor relations, wage and salary administration, selection and staffing, orientation and training, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, conflict resolution and workers compensation.
Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Chillicothe, MO facility. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of progressive human resources experience and 2+ years of human resources management experience.
