Requirements
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, via outreach / outbound campaigns
- Initiate and manage sales conversations with prospects and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop accounts by checking customerās buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
- Acquire good product knowledge to address questions during the introductory calls to overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather critical sales information.
- Ability to understand sales processes and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
- Continuously log activities, update records, and enter sales intelligence into CRM, Outreach, Gong.
- Collaborate with the ADAE team and marketing teams to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
