The Outside Account Management team at DoorDash partners with restaurant merchants to help them grow simply and profitable on the platform. As a Manager, Outside Account Management, you will own the performance, development, and execution of a regional team of Strategic Partner Managers responsible for growing and retaining DoorDash’s most important local merchant relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing account managers or similar client-facing roles
- Strong experience leading teams in an outside or field-based model
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level merchant relationships and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally to deliver outcomes across revenue growth, merchant satisfaction, and operational execution
