The Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing global Sales Incentive Plans, partnering with senior stakeholders, and leading a Senior Commission Analyst.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience in sales compensation design or management
- Proven people management experience
- Experience with CRM or sales comp tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, etc
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
