Sales Systems QA Analyst, 2

This role requires a hands-on QA professional with a solid grounding in Salesforce testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate complex Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, including Sales modules.
• Proven experience in validating Salesforce configurations, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and Lightning components.
• Solid foundation in software testing principles, test planning, and defect management processes.
• Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Ability to design and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data scenarios.
• Practical experience with test management tools such as Jira
• Working knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium WebDrive
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
