QA Engineer I (Hybrid)

We're looking for a meticulous Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our growing Salesforce team and drive the effective implementation and utilisation of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as this is the working language within the business group.
• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance/testing, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, security settings, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Provar, or similar).
• Familiarity with automation testing for Salesforce environments is a plus.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
• Understanding of Salesforce updates and release management processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance standards.
