Full-Time|- Dental Patient Services Representative

The Patient Service Representative provides excellent customer service, schedules patient appointments, and manages appointment schedules to ensure timely patient flow. They collect patient information, verify insurance eligibility, and collect patient payments. The representative also answers incoming calls, transfers calls to other departments, and documents complaints or feedback to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication/phone skills
• Knowledge of phone systems and call management
• Knowledge of computer software applications, word processing, and excel spreadsheets
• Knowledge of medical billing systems and patient/insurance financial management
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
