Inside Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will drive revenue through remote sales engagement, managing the full or majority of the sales cycle virtually. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing business without primary reliance on in-person meetings.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of prior experience in business-to-business sales, inside sales, or the energy industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• An undergraduate degree in Chemicals, Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the foundational stages of a sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications to manage daily workflows.
