Job Description
Work with cutting edge AI technology to solve challenging technical problems in the rapidly growing counter drone sector. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be part of a high-performing US-based sales team and report to the Vice President of Sales. The role involves managing resources to create and qualify opportunities, setting meetings, conducting demos, and maintaining engagement with leads.
Requirements
- 10-15 years' work experience in business development, marketing, or technical and engineering solutions in the US Navy space
- Prior military service in the US Navy preferred
- Strong understanding of US Navy organizational structure, procurement methods, and key program offices
- Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with customers
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team
- Motivated self-starter
- High degree of attention to detail
- Creative Lateral Thinker
- Proven track record of success
