Crypto Tokenisation Business Development Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly-driven Business Development Lead to grow our tokenised trading business within DRW's Global Delta One team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, strategy, or commercial roles in financial markets
• Deep understanding of both TradFi equities markets AND crypto/digital assets
• Proven track record of building early businesses or developing new products or revenue streams
• Strong network across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems
• Experience structuring complex commercial partnerships
• Self-starter mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy and building from scratch
