Job Description
DSR Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead for our local office team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, hands-on software development experience, and enjoy building and scaling teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ year of experience in software development
- 3+ year of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead)
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in team building and helping others grow
- Working proficiency in English and Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus
