Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team at DTCC. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and providing technical support for all applications that are beyond the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm. You will work closely with development teams, infrastructure partners, and internal/external clients to call out and resolve technical support incidents.
Requirements
- Experience with using ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes.
- Ability to resolve critical production issues and troubleshoot system components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies and scripting languages is preferred.
