Job Description
DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN's SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.
