Job Description
DTN is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers, driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models
- Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
- Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
