Engineering Manager

Role Overview

As our Engineering Manager, you'll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on. You'll mentor engineers, contribute to production code and drive technical direction and quality.

What You Will Do

Run planning, standup, retrospectives, and concise meetings, unblock engineers and minimize distractions, partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution, drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives, design and review system architecture, APIs and data models, balance speed, scalability and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Proven track record of shipping products at a high pace

• Clear written and verbal communication
