The Manager, Product Analytics is responsible for leading a hybrid team of Product Analysts and Data Scientists to deliver a predictable, high-impact analytics program across the product portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, BI development, or a similar data-focused role.
- 2+ years of hands-on management experience in a people management or a formal technical lead role, with a demonstrated passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced analytics tooling: Expert SQL (window functions, performance tuning) on modern cloud warehouses (Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery) and proven delivery of production-grade dashboards in BI platforms (QuickSight/Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
- Programming & analysis: Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas) or R for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and reproducible workflows.
- Experimentation & modeling: Strong experience with A/B testing design and evaluation, plus working knowledge of common modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting).
- Business impact & storytelling: Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems, translate insights into product strategy and user outcomes, and communicate clearly to both technical stakeholders and executives.
