Bartender

Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients, serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions. Provides highest quality of service to customers and associates.

Requirements

• Greet customers and take food orders
• Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Collect payments and operate cash registers
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
• Follow all HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
