Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for taking customer orders, serving alcoholic beverages, preparing and presenting drinks, and ensuring high-quality service. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining a clean bar, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Reporting to a manager will depend on the specific needs of the location.

Requirements

• Greets customers and takes food order
• Follows recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Collects payments and operates cash registers
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
• Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
