Premium Bartender

HMSHost is seeking a Premium Bartender to deliver an elevated guest experience through exceptional service and precise cocktail and food execution. The role involves expertise in premium spirits, wine, beer, and crafted cocktails while engaging guests and maintaining high operational standards. Hourly position with eligibility for overtime pay.

Requirements

• 3+ years of closely related bartending experience in high-volume bar or fast-casual dining environment
• 1 year of experience in high-end cocktail bar environment
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
• ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol certifications
• Strong understanding of current cocktail trends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
